Bugs, Kangaroo, crocodile and emu are just some of the exotic dish options available on the menu at Bushman’s Restaurant and Bar at The Anantara Dubai.
If you haven’t been yet, I recommend you pop in and try for yourself. The food if beautifully prepared and cooked and is a delight to eat. The staff are fun, friendly and attentive and the setting is laid back – a lovely change for places string to be uber cool in Dubai.
The best bits were when the Sommelier personally recommended which wine you should select to accompany your dish and of course the super glam and over the top pavlova which was prepared on the table right in front of me with meringue, wattle seed mousse, chocolate soil and sauce, riberries, plum sorbet and lemon myrtle cream.
