Helping a community with shelter and education

During our last trip to Haiti, we visited ACTS-supported orphanages, community centres and churches.We supported the repair work for the school / church roof and supplied uniforms for Pastor Gonzales’ community. These children are getting an education and fed each day at this centre, but reality is just around the corner when you see them walk outside to their cardboard hut or tent, remove their precious uniform and spend the rest of their day barefoot and in their underwear.
