French apparel and accessories brand Lacoste, official sponsors of the Dubai Duty-Free Tennis Championships 2019 this month, continued their support of the DTC Tennis Clinic Day for children with special needs.
The popular Clinic Day saw over 100 children from Dubai Centre for Special Needs, Sunmarke School, Dubai Autism Centre, Al Noor Training Centre, Manzil Centre, Child Early Intervention Medical Centre, participating in fun art activities and tennis coaching at the Dubai Tennis Stadium. Local radio hosts, Maz Hakim & Brent Black (Virgin Radio) and Eve Jaso (Chanel 4), joined in the fun and helped coach the new tennis pros, alongside local influencers, which included DJ Bliss, The Hala, Zahra Lyla and Hannah Rasekh to name a few. After an hour of excitement and fun the kids enjoyed a lunch onsite.
For several of the schools, these tennis clinics are something they look forward to all year, as does Lacoste.
The Clinic Day is just one of many campaigns Lacoste participates in to help charities around the world. The brand is also proud of their René Lacoste Foundation, which aims to help young people, both in France and abroad, to find their way in life through sport.
